December should tell quite a bit as the many Udachu program refinements are put into play. Investors have been informed that this has been done to comply with investment regulations springing up in major nations. I'm in three Udachu programs and feel we are being given the straight story. There are a few doubtful who think it may be part of a scam. Naturally I hope they're wrong. The developers of the Udachu programs could have skipped out much more easily if that was their intent. They are run by a quite brilliant guy and he may be ahead of the pack in his re-organization effort.

In these dull days the bright spots continue to be my "long-shots", the programs paying quite a bit higher than the norm.
I'm doing very well in CEP, withdrawing for three straight months, well into profits.

I'm compounding with Paid To Surf as the slow-up on some of my supposed solid programs haven't spun out the funds I wanted to use for investing. But they pay so well that I may be able to start to withdraw quite soon. They are also making changes in December also, modernizing the web site and they say they are going to broaden the investment base. Up till now they are totally in surfing situations and feel that area may be slowing up and want to keep the money working. They've never had a month under 10% and usually go much higher so it's been a pleasant ride. December will be interesting.

My Club FX Trader investment is still pumping out 1% a day on market days, topping out at 20% per month. It seems
hard to believe but he's been doing it for quite a while. I'm glad I'm not a Forex genius because most of them say that 1% a day isn't possible in a long run. However, a few other say it is. I guess the field is so new there are tons of formulas, automated, live-assist, etc. It will be interesting if and when it settles down a bit.

Anyone who invests in any of these programs is gambling quite a bit, I admit. It keeps changing and you have to stay on your toes. However, I'm still quite a bit ahead of the game so it has merit albeit risky. The huge payoffs make it worthwhile so you can sustain some losses here and there - - and they do happen.

Well, let's see what December has in store in for us....
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

What a difference a month makes....

About a month ago I entered on this Blog that I was testing the water on two programs that have an unusual type of strategy.

They pick certain auto-surfs to invest with and put them into a pool. We tested both because it made business sense albeit someone unorthodox. Autosurfs are ponzis waiting to happen, in my opinion. However, many stay alive for quite while and the two sites, CEP and PaidToSurf select the ones they feel will be around and stay with them until they feel it's time to leave.

The fact that there always seems to be a huge market of people willing to take flyers on these high-paying autosurfs there are always a ton of them being organized almost daily.

So, as I explained a month ago, while I would not get involved again with an individual Surf I'd invest a bit with these two sites who are trying to take advantage of the perpetual large number of investors who keep these programs alive for a while.

So, what has happened? October is what happened and the majority of my "solid" online investments hit the wall and either suspended payment for a while or reduced payments.

But, CEP and PaidToSurf paid out as usual.

PTS showed its lowest payout to date (a bit above 10%) but that's nothing to be ashamed about (but the admin apologized for it!).

I've made my second successful withdrawal from CEP which is still paying out handsomely.

Of course these are high risks and I knew that going in but they strangely have a logic based on the "get rich quick" mindset of apparently many thousands of people that just love these surfs...

Is it akin to people who invest in a gambling casinos? Almost all betters lose but the casino doesn't....

Will keep you posted.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

NSFG Flare-Up

Mr. Careful never quite got all of his funds out of North Sea Forex Group.

So, I'm definitely an interested party in the ongoing saga.

It does no good to recount that disppointments many feel in not being treated to the full truth at the time of the problems - but while Paul & Ken kept it secretive the moves they made were to try to get the ship back on even keel. They didn't put anything in their pocket, just the opposite, they used their own money to try to heal the problem that they caused.

It hurts their reputation for honesty and transparency but if the Plan they are considering goes forward and everyone gets whole in 3 or 4 months, it would be restored quickly because almost no failed programs have ever paid back.

What they have done has hurt all Programs because now who can believe anyone? They had the highest reputation in the field. Their recovery will help the entire sub-industry that has been created in these Forex Investment Programs. Right now it's been harmed.

I won't comment further because they have not made official
the exact course they will be on.

More shall be revealed.....
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful Tests The water - New Program

Mr. Careful is doing a test investment in a new program, Club-FXTrader.com

A contributor to Golden Talk Forum, Peter B, has been doing personal Forex investing for quite a while. He has an aggresive program but it's been working for him to-date. He recently started to "bring in friends and family". This is a "tired" script but I believe this one is real because he didn't just drop in out of the sky.
He's been quite successful so far and has promised 1% a day up to 20% for the month. So far he's on target.
He shoots for 1% a day and then tests the water a bit after that. He keeps everything over 20%.
Here is some dialogue on Golden Talk from one of its members, a Peter G.

Yes, PeterB's real identity and location is known and he is a trusted member of this forum. Therefore you can consider this as a long term investment. Obviously we cannot foresee the duration of the program, that is up to PeterB, but if it has to close then you can be assured that the closure will be done honestly.

I have previously invested in a program from PeterB that had to be closed. I received a refund of my principal, and my profit up to the date of closure. This refund was completed almost immediately without any fuss or hysterics - unlike most hyip closures.
I have no hesitation in recommending Club-fxtrader.
Peter G.

I've been told by Golden Talk members that Peter G is a trusted members and his recommendation is regarded as honest and factual.

I like the idea of talking directly to the trader. I had a question and he answered almost immediately. It makes it much more personal. It's so rare I thought I'd test it.

So far so good but it's early in the game. It's refreshing, but proceed at your own risk. They have explained that with some of the normal good hitters such as FXIG and FXExperts out of action for a while there is a lack of the type of programs they would ordinarily invest in. Thus, they are closed to new investments until they feel they can get to showing the type of profits they aim for.
This is one of the new type of accounts along with GIG/Mutual and a few others that are run co-operatively for its memebrs and not for the benefit of one or two profiteers.
I'm sure they'll be back before the end of the year and my advice is to keep watching for them. Then I had the kind of money that 3.75% would have made me very happy.
But times and fortunes change. The Stock market killed me. Now, I'm doing quite well in the Online Investing Programs and it is starting the suplement my income. I've been doing it with a wide group of programs that average 12% so if one or two bog down I'm still hitting over 5-7% or more.
As NSFG has decided to work with its high end investors who are very happy with 3.75% net they have set their program to return that amount and gamble a tiny bit if they happen to run over.
I have no quarrel with that. It's their decision and prudent for the $25,000 investor.
So at the end of this month I'll have a few thousand new dollars to place in circulation. I'll be watching my current sites and a few newer ones before I make any decisions.
I'm involved with a number of Udachu sites and happy with them so I'll be reviewing those plus GIG/Mutual which is looking to get a bit better soon and a few others.
Soon as I decide, this Blog will be the first to know....
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful is "semi-careful" and it pays.

Mr. Careful made two test runs on a new type of program back in July.
They are: PaidToSurf and CEP.
These are both programs that invest in a basket full of "better" surfs. I use the word loosely because I don't believe there are any good ones. However, what these two do is invest in the surfs that look like they may last a bit longer than the others, get into profit and hopefully escape before the ceiling caves in.
The safety is in the numbers and they have been been very successful - which is interesting - because in September most of the biggest HYIP names on the block have had some rough days.
Both CEP and PaidTo Surf have paid very well for September and I'm delighted.
I'm Careful but not as Paranoid as my friend Hans G. He's superb but although I'm careful I like a little more action and these 2 sites are holding up quite well....
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

More Preaching

Diversification Helps Again...

I am enrolled in the GIG/Mutual Pool. They haven't gone bye-bye, just had some hiccups. Probably most or all will survive.
However - and this is the main point - GIG/Mutual still showed over 3% profit for the month because of the wide diversification in the portfolio.
It just makes sense.....It takes patience not to withdraw profits quickly but until you have at least a handful of programs going you have to do it.
It's a proper business practice if you want to establish these online programs as a source of income for the near future, at least....Personally, I'm not happy until I have 10 programs going.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

DIVERSIFICATION SAVES MY SKIN

I keep preaching, "diversification, diversification....."
...and today it's living proof that it's a necessity.

I just had two of my biggest pays go bad on me, PSHI & Offshore Club. According to their messages, PSHI is only dropping their payment by 75% but will hope to be back to normal in a few months. OC is going out of business and state they will refund principal. If they do, that's fine. I'm already in profit on both accounts.

This puts a jolt into my monthly income BUT I am still in profit because 4 other accounts are paying and 4 others are still in buildup.

Online Financial Programs pay very well but we all know they carry significant risk. It's not for the weak-hearted but it can pay very well.

If I hadn't diversified broadly this would have been very serious. I'm still in business and still in profit. I'm still drawing several thousand dollars per month which is about 8% return monthly based on my original investments in the entire field.
That's almost 100% annual......

I'm glad I listened to myself.

Diversify!
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Feeder Fund Is Losing Its MoJo....

Sad to say but Feeder Fund has really lost something.

Feeder Fund has always been the ideal that all sites were compared to but Feeder Fund is losing traction.
While several of their programs have seen better days - which is not FF's fault - they have been slow to announce it to members.
In the past weeks both FXIG and PSHI, two of their biggest payers have had problems and FF is many days behind reporting such on its site. There are almost bi-weekly announcements re: FXIG and FF is a couple behind and today Monday, Sept 25th there is no news yet about the recent change in payments on PSHI. Their last news post was 2 weeks ago.
They are in the best position to analyze the problems and relay it to members. That's the big money accounts, mimimun 20-25,000 thousand).

The Pool accounts (Pool Accounts is what they start to call the Small Fry after they've outgrown them) start to be too much trouble. Also, with no increase in personnel and so much more to be concerned about darned if the percentages started to slip and in some cases (especially FX-Experts) dipped into the Red.

Both accounts did the same thing, they froze the accounts to stop the bleeding and to reconsider the next moves.

NSFG is back in action, working a deal to move the small fry to Feeder Fund which was a creative move. They eked out a small profit for August (3.75% after commissions).

Marco, the FX-Expert principal, hasn't decided his next move. It's rumored he may close off his Small Fry accounts and pay them out. That would be an honorable route.

There is an old WW I song that goes: How You Gonna Keep 'Em Down On The Farm After They've Seen Paree".

Well, substitute "Small Fry" for the "Farm".
Substitute "Managed Account" for Paree.

It's just another new wrinkle in this fascinating new online investing industry. In the case of NSFG, nobody really got hurt except for a little delay here and there. Hopefully, the same will happen for us FX-Expert Small Fry.

(I'm sort of getting a "complex". I always though mid 4 figures was a decent investment. Nope, I'm just Small Fry. They are usually put together by investors who have survived the battle of the scams and burnouts. Uusally they are no profit for the admins - which is great.

They do not create programs but invest in a group of the more seasoned programs that seem a bit more "reliable" than others. It's a case of safety in numbers and actually creates "diversification" in one bundle. Not bad.

Let me state that Mr. Careful is a diversification freak. I am not content until I have about 10 programs in the works. Most of us carry the scars of the failed programs, scams, ponzis, etc. We must be diversified.

I was quite interested in this new breed of "bundled diversity" but as I analyzed it I realized most of them are in the same programs I'm already in. Now, duplication of 'good' programs isn't bad but there's more to it.

Each of the new pools have are battle-scarred admins and they take very few chances, especially with other people's money. So, there is a generous reserve against 'bad moments' plus an administration fee for normal expenses.

Well the original programs have already taken out admin costs plus reserves...so when the new pool does the same the net profit shrinks in the new pool...maybe 25-35%.

This is perfectly proper for new investors or people with limited funds. They earn a touch less and for small amounts can own a piece of some nice program investments without all the research that has already been done for them.

So, they provide a choice. The new pools look like they can't can't get hurt unless money becomes valueless. Or - if you are into a good diversification plan you may want to avoid double fees and stay with your own bit of diversity.

Hmmm. What if some of the new pool start to include some of the other new pools? There would be triple the reserves and administration costs. That could bring the original 10% program down to perhaps 7% for the 1st pool and maybe 4% for the second pool. Watch what you're buying.

In reality, all are better pay-offs than our friendly neighborhood banker - so it's a matter of individual preference....

I just thought I should lay this out to remind some of the veterans that the new pools mean slightly smaller payouts for the same programs they may already own.

But for new investors...it makes a a great deal of sense.

(Two of them are CIM Mutual and GIG Mutual. Although some people shy away from Udachu in general because they play their cards close to the vest, I am impressed with their flexability and know-how.

This fund is actually owned by a group of strong Uduachu investors known as Silver Gate partners and is quite open. In fact they are showing their trades with Interbank FX.

A hedge fund usually means very conservative investing because you "hedge" your bet with a buy AND sell combination but they have a program in effect that generates more than the usual amount. It could be a fairly decent percentage pay out as their test runs have been excellent.

Most of the Udachu funds are now private but this one is open with a referral. type='text'>NSFG Has Done A Makeover

I'd Probably Do The Same Thing

Ken and Paul, the NSFG principals and only employees, had such great p.r. from their first few months that when they announced Managed Accounts ($25,000 minimum) they came in very quickly and many of them.

It is now 90% of their Account Investments. When you are in big bucks you suddenly get very conservative and 5% on your money monthly is gigantic when compared to bank rates. So, by now going conservative they are doing a nice job for their majority of the account.

They are socking away 5% as soon as they receive it and just play with mini-amounts the rest of the way. It's an excellent plan if you are content with 5% and I wish I was in that category.

As I said, if I was them I'd do the same. 25% monthly commission on scads of all those Mananged Accounts is big, big bucks for a small company with no employees, no office, a telephone and a computer.

I have almost $6,000 in it - which used to be pretty good money - and I feel like the poor relative. A great many of "pool" investors, like me, would like to see them go for a 10%-15% return but that's going to be hard to do.

Most of us are in these Online investments because we feel that 10%-15% can be achieved. I still do and my basic philosophy hasn't changed. There will be some losers no matter how conservative anyone plays so you have to have better paying programs to make up for the losses.

If you settle for 5%, then it will drop to 2-3- or 4% when you get some losses. In fact they didn't help my overall average for July when they didn't even hit 5% - but turned in a 2.4. It's a different kind of program now and they're certainly entitled to aim it anyway they choose.

I'll be out of it by next month and will start scouting for one or two replacements now.....
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

It's Raining Programs!

They keep on coming..
I referenced several new programs in the body copy below and I just heard of two more. It's a new era for this new industry of online high yield investing.
And the newest wrinkle is that they are all "asking" for Due Diligence to be made on them. They are going to reputable sources and allowing them access to their site and "hopefully" trading records. That's really new.
It's too much to digest at one sitting. We're going to have to dig in deeply, examine everything possible and eventually make some decisions.
These are programs centered on investments, not "surfing" so they are not ponzi-oriented. Most are forex, one is future option trading, another is covered call options. All are real investments and while not blue chip stocks or anything close to that they are bona fide legal investments made with
trading houses open to the public.
I've made some sample investments but will not get serious until I learn more and feel a bit more comfortable.
But it certainly is interesting - and encouraging.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Notably Silent Forex Club (NSFG)

Unless North Sea Forex Club has a very positive month (July) quite a few investors may start pulling out.
The fact that FX-Experts is still in the ball game and two other Forex Trading Programs have arrived on the scene, all the previous transparency may not aid NSFG. Their Silence coming after almost non-stop jabbering is starting to build resentment among many long-time supporters.
New Forex programs now available are GlobalForexClub.com and Megainvforum.net. It is much too early to recommend them as they have barely gotten their feet wet but they are available for conversation during NSFG's "withdrawal period".
"Mega" is Brazilian and a friend of Marco Matos of FX-Experts (who also invested in Mega).
The field is broadening and that's a good sign. It's always nice to have options.
Tons of onliners have invested in NSFG so we're all pulling for them. Then, today they announced they can't handle any business anymore from the U.S., Great Britain and Canada and said they 'could' do business with offshore bank accounts. It just got crazier. The foreign money must be huge and the U.S. and others are getting strict about some accounts, especially the big pay outs. Also, FXIG will only allow one withdrawal every 60 days and most withdrawals won't get paid out for nearly 60 days. I can speculate that there's a very large sum of business they'd rather do business with than us 5 to 10,000 small fry. (And here I thought I was getting to be a fat cat). So, I would have had to leave if I didn't already apply to leave.

So, in a while I'll have a little bundle of which much will be going into some very interesting new programs I've been researching. I think this whole field is getting very interesting and FXIG may have been doing me a favor to enable more diversification with some good payers. I'm glad I got my request in before July 15th or it might be 3 months until I see the money.

FXIG's percentages have been dropping drastically and they are taking many liberties..no Friday investing. A month off in December and just closed for a month to come to all these decisions so the pay has slowed down anyway. Perhaps it's just temporary.

I wish them luck. type='text'>A New Era

HYIP Entering a New and Better Phase

Just as the Internet seems to re-invest istelf every couple of years, the new style of investing that we're all involved in has suddenly spawned a whole new phase.

I guess it's best termed by All-Inclusive-Programs, a collection of monitored programs, usually of one type. These new sites do not create new programs but just collect a group of them and do an actual diversification into one unit. The GIG-Mutual that I described below is one of them. There are two programs I am aware of that are a collection of auto-surfs. They are CommaEndParenthesis.com (honest, that's the name) and PaidToSurfMonitor.com. I have small investments in all three to test the waters.

I am now also one of the volunteer researchers on GIG-Mutual. It opened very slowly due to 2 surfs dying on them. I joined last week and it seems to have righted itself and working hard.

Another mutual fund of hyip funds is planetmollat.com/cimainpage.htm. It has a unique pricing system. The fund has a value per share and it's bought and sold similar to a stock. It started several months ago in the 4 dollar range and is now in the 6 dollar area. It worked out to about 8-9% per month. Not bad and they seem to be investing in the 'more solid' hyip investments.

There is another site put together by a successful investor of Covered Calls, a system of buying options of NYSE and NASDAQ stocks. It's actually a somewhat conservative investment compared to just options and when done in quantity can have good yields. I used to do Covered Calls and know it can be very successful with an experienced investor.
The site is d.j.partners.net.

As you can see, these are more mature approaches to high risk investing. The auto-surf groupings can ease the pain of the one or two dropping along the way and work well because they pay such high dividends while they're alive.

p.s. (It's been suggested I change my name from Mr. Careful to something that depicts this new rash of investments. Hopefully I'll "be careful" with the money when the results enter my egold account....it says here.)
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

NFSG Loosens Up - just a touch...

Glad to see that Paul is now available for discussion. It seems quite full for someone called Careful1 but I belive it's constructed quite well.
Hans G. , a respected blogger, who is the dean of Paranoia probably wouldn't approve of any except perhaps NSFG.
I have a different approach for 2 reasons.

1. If you're too paraonoid or careful you may as well put the money in a 5% "annual" CD. Of course these have risk. That's why the dividend is so high.

2. These have track records and I'm basing it on the law of averages. If seven failed next month (I hate to even write those words) any three of them would return the equivilant of 72% annualized on the total investment.

FXIG*
PSHI*
FX-EXPERTS
PIU
G..F..
UDACHU FUND
UDACHU INVESTMENTS
OFFSHORE CLUB
GIG MUTUAL
MPDW - (struggling but still alive)

*Entered direct but through Feeder Fund - still a very solid part of this new industry - which has very few solid parts.....

This list was paid for by too many educational losses when I first got involded in this field over a year ago.
The reason for this Blog is so that new people entering the field might not make the same mistakes. Also, read what I have to say about auto-blogs below.."'enter them at your own risk" and if you do, be prepared to pull out quickly with small profits....or else.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

NSFG NEEDS A WRIST SLAP

I think NSFG is an honest and hardworking program. However, those two guys have got to chill out and get back to ground zero. Sure, they got belted around for a few months in the rough and tumble Forex market but they have over-reacted to we "investors." When you see everything on the board labeled as "read only" it's like dealing with a totalitarian government. From being super-communicators (to a fault - there were some things we didn't want to know..i.e. dental problems...) to pulling a hood over their activities is a surprising switch.
I hope they level out. I'm keeping my investment (mid four figures) because they deserve the chance to prove it to us again....They looked wonderful coming out of the box but noone is impervious to Forex swings. Go NSFG. We're really with you - don't forget that.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful

Why The Big Surprise About Compact Surf????

I can't understand why there is such shock (by some seasoned investors, too) on Compact Surfing hitting the deck. No Surf program shown anywhere that I can see is based on a Profitable Business Plan.
They cannot possibly accumulate sufficient revenue from selling advertising. The prices they have to charge to advertisers would be astronomical. Anything else that anyone tells you is garbage, believe me. If you're interested, follow this:

Professional buyers of advertising space rate ad potential as Cost-Per-Thousand. When they buy radio or television advertising they pay perhaps $10. per thousand as a demo. ..It's usually much, much higher.
So, when 12DP was at it's height they had maybe 200,000 members surfing (who didn't have to watch!!!). At $10 per thousand someone would have to spend $2,000 for an ad. No one in this market would spend anything close to that so ad revenue in a Surf can never pay the way for those astronomical payouts.
No professional buyer of advertising would spend a nickel on a site where viewing wasn't enforced or proveable.

So, the Program must depend on new investors to pay the old investor...ponzi-ponzi-ponzi. As soon as they see the new investors slowing down they know they're in trouble and call it:
Gold prices dipped - Compact
Switching from EGold because they had bad publicity - 12dp

No matter what excuse.....it's just not enough revenue to pay the foolish investors...and they're bye-bye.
I was once one dumb investor and I should I know better. I was hoping they had a trick up their sleeve - but there is no such animal.

I think Jim Polak who published Autosurf Central Newsletter finally understood this in his last issues and he has stopped the paper. That showed class. He knew the basics didn't ad up.

The Surfs promise to pay more than HYIPs and most HYIPs can't make it either - just a very few.

So, as Surfs fail...no shock please. If you didn't get in and get out very quickly (if their rules allowed it) you eventually wake up one day and there's a sad story on the site...or it just disappears.

Some hyips MAY make it. No Surfs can.

Save as Draft
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Added a couple....

Mr. Careful

Attention: I have added Offshore Club and GIG Mutual to my list.

I have observed Offshore for a while and it sounds fine but I was a bit nervous because they pay very handsome percentage. ..up to 40%. That's pretty high. A few people I know have been doing the same thing, watching it, and I decided that I have enough balance in my portfolio to jump in. I'm not advising it as a first or second investment only because I don't know as much about it as I would like. I did as much research as I could and haven't found any flaws at present.

I'm somewhat solid in some of the others so I can take the gamble...but don't jump in on my say-so...because to me it's still chancy. Look carefully before you leap.

I'm optimistic on the second new one...and I shouldn't be - it's barely one month old. It's GIG Mutual and there's a nice story to it. The GIG stands for Golden Talk group. Golden Talk is the forum where the idea was born. These are some experienced investors who decided they would rather trust themelves than anyone else - and GIG was born. The members make decisions. They are open for memberships but selectively so. They have requirements based on people who contribute on the Golden Talk etc. Check it out and get active on the forum.

Why do I like it? Two reaons.

One is that it looks like an honest effort to do an honest program and there's no one company that's going to snag a big chunk of the profits (I feel pretty sure there will be profits!). I recognize a few of the names on the steering group of people I've seen and read for a few months. They know the business and, like all of us, have the scars to prove it. I think this kind of enterprise should be supported. I joined and made my first investment.

Second reason. I think it will be success. They are not developing a new program, thankfully. They are investing in programs the group feels have merit. Some will be what we call "solid", some may be a bit more risky but all will have endorsements by members of the group.

Based on law of averages, I think it will be a medium-return of 7 to 12% monthly. Some will be much higher but there will be some drop outs or bad months by some etc.

But- it should be very consistent because the biggest plus factor is that it starts out diversified. Really diversified and into some programs I personally don't have time to play with. For instance, most auto-surfs make money for a while, some longer than others. Eventually they have too big an outgo and the inflow can't cover it and it's over. Some of the GIG people know autosurfs and watch them carefully, going in and out when they feel the time is right. I'm too busy nursing my HYIPs which I feel are more financially solid.

This investment gives me a bit of everything and that's its strength.

So, two new programs for Mr. Careful. I better watch my step. I may have to change my name......

Here's the latest..

FXIG
PSHI
UDACHU FUND
FX-EXPERTS
PIU
G..F..
NSFG (Coming back this month after a one month hiatus for structural enhancements)
OFFSHORE CLUB
GIG MUTUAL
MDPW (resting and working hard for a comeback)

I'm pretty stretched out now. Thankfully for FXIG and PSHI, my long term investments from last year. (remember when long term investments meant a few years?)
They have enabled me to start these others. The end of summer is my target. If most of them hold together I'll be doing well. More shall be revealed....
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful: Mr. Careful

Mr. Careful: Mr. Careful

Well, looking over my list from May 9th I guess some changes are in order....

NFSG and FXIG have taken themselves out of the arena for a month...for different reasons. NFSG is to re-invent itself with a new trading environment and some adjustments to get back to their former winning ways. After some good months they dropped down to breakevens and slight losses and they are making moves to get back to profits. I think it's encouraging.

FXIG is consolidating all their varied investments into one "lower expense" situation...They will not be able to do trading in the month of June waiting to pull money out of various areas to consolidate. Their long history is a good indication that this is probably a better move for the investors.

This "one month off" is a new wrinkle in the very new business. Usually it's pay, pay pay and then "disappear". Both of these sites are more substantial than that and it's probably a good sign that they're wise enough to take the time to hopefully make changes for the better.

Another site is down for different reasons. MPDW got belted hard in April and lost money in trading including much of their reserve. They are out of action but hanging on waiting for some invesments to mature in a month or so. They did honor their normal withdrawals in April which shows integrity...but now it's a wait and see situation. They didn't pull up stakes as so many have in the past so that's a good sign. It will probabaly be the end of summer before they will have a chance to stabilize.

My other programs seem fine. But the recent changes above are good examples why we must continue to diversify.
I'm taking a hard look at a couple of others and will post again when that decision is made.

To be serious about this business for income purposes I'd feel threatened if I didn't have 8-10 programs working.

Still running...

PSHI
FX-Experts
PIU
G...F...
Udachu Fund

30-day delay (but no visible problems):

FXIG
NSFG

Holding my breath:

MPDW
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful

Mr. Careful

I haven't yet figured out how a surf can really "earn" money.

There certainly isn't enough income from a few ads that can make those kind of payments. If you check any of the Blogs most of the space is taken up talking about this one or that one that might be in trouble. Without new investors they just plain die. The Blog folks are doing o.k. with Referrals, I guess, but I haven't seen a Surf yet that can logically explain their income.

I wish I was that smart a few months ago. Most of us who invested in 12DP were just "hoping" that Charis and her North Carolina buddies were smart and knew how to make money doing "something". Turns out there were no Buddies, just her, and it finally caught up to her. One supposed wise investor went to N.C. and had a meeting and came out saying, "I have to guard their secret but it's for real". His name was Andrew Unknown and he cost me money because that was the tipping point for me. He had an air of legitimacy at that moment in time. I really thought I was going to retire on just the Referrals. I imagine "Andrew Unknown" now operates under a different name. Was he paid off or just plain stupid? I was just as stupid. Enough about me, let's get back to Surfs....

Take a look at the Blogs, they're just go on and on about about this Surf and that Surf and the Admin who keeps their bubble in the air. I won't name them but they're in every forum or blog and most are in trouble after just a few weeks.

I also don't want to play the "In & Out" game. Get in fast, make a little money and get out before the roof falls in on the newest suckers. Ugggh.

Playing the Forex game with the more solid HYIPs isn't a guarantee, of course, but it's a legitimate gamble. I would guess that if they're in busines for 6 months or more they mean business. If they get into a run of bad trades, they'll go certainly go belly-up, too. But that's a business risk. The idea of a Reserve Fund makes sense in these programs.

I don't know what all this proves but it is something I've been feeling for a while and thought I'd put it in writing............
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful

Mr. Careful

It's May 9th....I've been busy.
I've changed my philosophy as far as numbers are concerned.

I originally bailed out of my Stock Market investments to get into Forex-based investments but I was aiming too high too soon. I had been trying to diversify to get as many accounts as possible to $1,000. per month income but I think it wasn't practical. It takes too long to get there and then you have to overlook some of the "solid" potential programs. (I use the word "solid" but you know what I mean..."solid" so far). Not enough diversification in this choppy industry.

Mathmatically if you put $500 into 2 programs each, you gain the same return on the investment - (if both are paying approximately the same return) as one investment of $1,000.

So, that's my new goal.....as many "solid" programs as possible.....with $500 monthly investments and, this is important, my goal for each is $500 per month. It all comes out to the same numbers but I've diversified greatly in case of - - well, you what can happen.....

I've been lucky. When 12DP and Fast Market went down I was still invested in 2 recommended FeederFund programs, FXIG and PSHI directly. My overall investment pool got shattered but with those two I was in long enough to develop income without further investments. Because I was in PSHI from the beginning I was one of the fortunate people that received some great bonus points. My original investment ballooned 62% thanks to the 3 months of bonuses.

It has afforded me the opportunity to get into several more programs over a 2 month period.

I have picked up Udachu Fund, Private Investors Union, FX-Experts & Goldfellers. In my older system, I could only carry two of them.

I saved up enough to start each with $1,000 each including an April payment from NDPW (which is the last payment it can make for a while....we're hoping they can get it rolling again. It was a sign of good intention that they put out the April payment).

I'm also in the NorthSea Forex Group pool but I have stopped feeding it and will wait and see how it fares. They had a great start but have been struggling lately...so that, along with MDPW are in the "hold" category.

With the income from the original two I can sustain each of the new ones at $500 per month...so I now have 6 HYIP programs that have quite good track records and reputations and two that may make it.

Here is my portfolio at the moment....

FXIG
PSHI
UDACHU FUND
FX-EXPERTS
PIU
G..F..
NSFG
MDPW

Two are in profit but they earn enough to feed the other 6 with my new approach.
Somewhere during the late summer a few of them will stop being liabilities and will start paying out $500 a month each. Even if a few bomb out I'll have created enough income thanks to the high rate of return these programs provide versus "conventional" methods.

I've tried to peg it so that when I'm drawing $500 a month there might be a touch left over so that a few months down the line I may be able to increase the income.

I don't know if anyone is reading this because I don't promote this blog much. I hate the Referral system so I'm not in that business. I don't even remember which programs have them. If you'd like to chat or get my opinions (for what they're worth) feel free to email me....no obligation, iralaufer@hotmail.com. This is not an easy business because there are too many bad programs so you must constantly be doing research and chatting with people. The more we talk to each other the more we learn. I will not recommend any program because no one can be 100% sure of any investment but I will tell you my experiences and what I found out before I invested.

Although some might invest quite a bit more than I do I realize this is still a healthy amount to work with but I'm semi-retired and am using some of my nest egg to create a better income stream for my wife and me. If we lose it we're still o.k. but the around-the-world cruise will have to be postponed. I have just added Forex Experts based on many, many endorsements and D.D. done by several respected people. I'm looking at a few others and will have more to add next week and FXE and others.

In general, I feel the calibre of programs is getting better, So many people have lost money on so many programs that the newer ones are going to pains to eliminate many of the bad practices. Some, have been started by people burned in the past and are trying hard to avoid mistakes and are tryingf not to be set up ponzi-style. I fully expect to have a list of 8 to 10 decent programs to diversify into so that even if a few disappear there will still be excellent cash flow. More later.....
Ira
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful

Mr. Careful

The reason for my caution below is not that I have lost faith in NSFG. Just looking at some of the posts around the Internet many people were treating it as the Final Answer. There is no such animal. NSFG is the most honest and most transparent program for the small to medioum investor. Ken seems to have a good handle on what he's doing and when he makes a mistake tries to learn from it instead of burying it. I will continue to invest with them. I haven't determined what my cut-off will be. Right now i seem to be concentrating on getting to a point where I can take out $1,000 per month and still keep a bit in to add to the main amount.

This is a come-down from my initial goal of $2,000. per month. I got burned by greed and a few came apart before I could rescure any funds. So, I lowered my goals.... I think it's wiser.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Mr. Careful

Mr. Careful

NSFG is still on my recommended list but I must caution potential investors - it is a normal business operation not a can't-miss situation (of which there relly are none). It is a totally honest presentation and February was a rough month for them. Pool investors made 5% and the Managed Accounts ($25,000 minimum) may not have done as well. It's a long range investment because while they may have many good months just normal market trends will produce some lower months. My guess is that it will be an 8%-14% 12-month average which is pretty darn good.

MPDW just keep plowing along.....3-3.8% per week. Their reserve fund (taken from profit months) comes in handy to keep it paying out during poorer weeeks. I had some dollars come in on my monthly payout from PSHI and put some in both MPDW and NSFG.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Slight Correction on MPDW

I am informed by their attentive admin that MPDW does not invest only in Forex but other metals and securities as well. (Recommended by FeederFund - do not confuse with a new
auto surf).

NSFG is the only program I'm in and can recommend that works directly with a Forex broker and yopu have contact with the broker. He is a partner and his trades are always available and he is remarkably available in a forum for discussion...when not actually trading. One of my goals is to diversify into several program similar to this - where the Trader is someone you can see and touch.

FXIG has a remarkable track record for several years. It is recommended by Feeder Fund but I saved up enough to buy in directly ($5,000). It used to average close to 20% per month and is now in the 15% area.

I'm not as happy with it as I once was. The Principal Trader (who I think owns the site) doesn't work on Fridays any longer as it is "a light trading day." (Well, it also frees his weekends.) The contact person who handles the site is not overly friendly and they don't overwork themselves. They seem to be reporting less and less...and took a several week hiatus in the Xmas-New Years period. The trader is not a youngster and I guess he's lightening his load.

As you may notice...it is still on my recommend list but only because of it's former reputation and still pays a very decent return. As I find other secure investments I will probably pull out completely because I think investors are customers and should be treated with respect.

PSHI is a congomerate out of England and it's hard to get a definite handle on their exact businesses. They seem to be in many areas from real estate, casinos, gold tradings. etc. The former principal at FeederFund knows them for years and recommended them just at the time I had cashed in a site and had the money it took to buy in directly and get some great bonuses for the first 90 days.

Now it's settled into it's norm and it pays out 12 1/2% monthly. At least it did in February, the first month I was eligible to receive them.

And now we come to MPDW, a very consistent payer yet I can't quite understand it all yet. It has paid me between 3.3 to 3.5% week after week...so much so that I wonder how anything can be that consistent. Then, I remember they have a Reserve Account where they put a portion of profits. So, I imagine they supplement the low weeks with the profits from the high weeks. In any event, they must do well in Forex Trading to be that consistent on average. One of the principals is a trader and he must be a good one.

It's still not in the category with NSFG where you are personally in touch with the trader and see all of his activity. But, can't argue with the return.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

I have washed out on any number of hyips etc. Some of them were o.k. for a while but I forgot something.
